Terms of Service
The rules for using NARIAU safely and responsibly.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of NARIAU, the application and selection management service provided by GARDE SECT (Responsible person: NOBUHIDE IMAMURA).
2. Accounts
Organizers must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. Accounts may not be made available for unauthorized use by another person. Account deletion can be requested from Settings. For team owners, deletion is processed after subscriptions, collaborators, applicant information, and legal retention requirements are reviewed.
3. Opportunities and applications
Organizers must not publish unlawful, misleading, or abusive opportunities. Applicants must submit accurate information and must not submit material that infringes another person's rights.
4. Applicant information
Organizers may use applicant information only for the applicable selection process and must not disclose it to unauthorized parties. See the Applicant Privacy Notice for details.
5. Prohibited conduct
Unauthorized access, impersonation, harassment, excessive service load, rights infringement, unlawful activity, and use of applicant information outside selection purposes are prohibited.
6. Changes and interruption
We may change or suspend all or part of the service where necessary for maintenance, security, or incident response.
7. Beta service
NARIAU is currently offered as a beta service. Features may change. Organizers should retain their own copy of essential selection information where appropriate.
8. Responsibility
NARIAU does not guarantee that an opportunity, selection, communication, or agreement between users will succeed. Disputes between users are resolved by those parties.
9. Paid plans
Before a paid plan starts, checkout will show the price, currency, taxes, billing cycle, usage limits, and cancellation terms. No charge starts without explicit confirmation. Plan changes and cancellation are available through billing management. Except where required by law, fees for service periods already provided are non-refundable.
10. International use and applicable rules
Users must comply with laws that apply where they live and use the service, including sanctions, export controls, employment and entertainment rules, and protections for minors. Some functions may be unavailable in certain regions.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the Yokohama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction at first instance. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced through the service.
